As music festival season comes to an end, we couldn’t help but sneak one last batch of street style photos Canada’s latest outing. The Pop Montreal Festival, which took place September 17-21, saw over 400 artists perform in venues across the city and just like a good bottle of wine, the event—which started by a group of friends and colleagues back in 2002—has only gotten better with age. The not-for-profit event, which values independence in the arts, featured an array of emerging and celebrated talent including Sun Kil Moon, Timber Timbre and Schoolboy Q. In terms of fashion, this year saw a lot of black-on-black ensembles, leather and good hint of nineites style, including denim overalls, crop tops, chokers and mom jeans. Also on our radar was the facial hair game, in which the mustache seemed to be the look of choice. Now let us hibernate as we eagerly wait for music festival season 2015 to commence.
