Are you sick and tired of seeing the #10yearchallenge saturate your Instagram feed? If you aren’t, it’s likely because you’ve just returned to the web after a two-week digital detox. So, if that’s the case, here’s what you’ve missed: the viral meme asks social media users to dig into their photo albums for an image from 2009, and to contrast it with an image from 2019. Hopefully, the side-by-side will showcase an impressive physical improvement over the past decade.
