Everything We Know About Kat Von D’s Epic 10th Anniversary Collection
Last month, we sat down with Kat Von D to talk about her upcoming projects (among other things).
And now judging by this recent Instagram post, it seems Kat has been crazy busy since we last saw her.
“Been up to my neck in: finishing up my album, wedding planning, prepping for the 10 Year Anniversary launch for @katvondbeauty, getting ready to launch @VonDshoes, prepping to go back on tour with @IAMX, plus tattooing, drawing, and garden upkeep amongst many other exciting things!,” she wrote.
We now have some more details about the highly anticipated Kat Von D 10th anniversary collection, including a gorgeous campaign video, which Kat says features “10 of my modern-day muses. Some whom you may already know and others that you should! These 10 muses have blessed me with so much inspiration, not just for their surface beauty but with what they contribute to the world through their art.”
She also shared a sneak peek of the collection, which launches on Cinco de Mayo (May 5th).
From what we can tell, the collection will include special-edition versions of Kat Von D’s most iconic products, like gold-plated versions of the Studded Kiss Lipstick and Tattoo Liner. The 10th anniversary products also feature a gold Metal Crush Highlighter, a special eye shadow palette, and brush set. All of the products will be housed in a gold case covered with Kat Von D’s artwork.
