Not to be dramatic, but it feels like I’ve had my skull bashed in.
If you would like to learn from my mistake and never feel this excruciating pain, here are five great SPF hair products that I actually normally use but OH MY GOD, THIS ONE TIME. My personal favourite is Clarins Sunscreen Care Oil Spray SPF 30 ($42, sephora.com), because it’s lightweight, hydrating, and paraben- and sulfate-free, but honestly, they’re all great. Just use one. Or wear a hat. Be safe (and smarter than me)!
