Serena Williams may be the world’s biggest tennis star, but it turns out the 35-year-old newly engaged athlete is just like us: She loves to dance like no one’s watching.
In a recent video posted on her Instagram, the 22-time Grand Slam champ enters a dance studio and rocks out to a cover version of Billy Idol’s Dancing With Myself. Wearing a sports bra and tights by intimates label Berlei (she’s the brand ambassador), Williams shows off her awesome Flashdance-inspired moves. “Sometimes we are all so serious and we forget to have fun—and I know that’s me a lot of the time, but it’s so important to have passions in your life that are just for you,” she writes in the Instagram caption. “I’m so disciplined every day with my training, but when I dance it’s about letting myself go. What do you do for you?”
