The Brahaus, which is open from Thursday July 27 to Sunday July 30, is a temporary (ultra Instagrammable) pop-up that’s meant to help every woman find the right bra to support her sport (because we all know there’s nothing worse than wearing the wrong sports bra during a workout).

“A sports bra is one of the most vital pieces in a woman’s wardrobe — without the right sports bra, workouts and training can be a struggle, or near impossible,” says Nike Master Trainer, Eva Redpath. “Delivering the right fit and support is critical to comfort and reliability, ’cause when you feel good (and look good) you perform at your best. Our philosophy is to deliver a wide range of options, from fit to support, feel and style – so that no matter your sport, there is a perfect fit for you.”

So how exactly does Nike help you find the best “support for your sport”? Well, in terms of sport, they’ve broken it down into three categories: light support (for yoga, barre, pilates), medium support (for gym workouts, cross training and spinning) and high support (for running, dance and other high-impact sports). The medium and high-support styles feature less spandex and elastane to keep your breasts in place, while the light support offers a bit more movement.

Some key styles to look for in the new extended collection? The Indy Logo Bra (light support), which features wider straps than the classic Indy (and doubles as a great crop top), the Zip Bra, which has a front zipper for easy removal post-workout (bonus: It has a hidden internal hook to make zipping easy) and the Alpha bra, which, unlike traditional high-support bras, features an overlay to hide the moulded cups (and keep your girls looking good) during your workout. The Alpha also features dual sizing (which is different from Nike’s other high-impact bra sizes), with sizes XS to XL available in two different cup size ranges: A-C and D-E. This way, women with small band sizes and larger cup sizes (or vice versa) can find their true fit.

Along with the shopping aspect, the BraHaus is also offering complimentary bra fittings, hair braiding, airbrush tattoos, a matcha bar (we highly recommended the matcha with coconut milk over ice!) and a gift with purchase.
