Queen’s Plate 2017: 22 Pictures From The Stylish Affair
What do we love about the annual Queen’s Plate? It’s the one event that allows us to play dress up in extravagant headgear. Last weekend the horsing event returned to Woodbine Racetrack for two days of betting, entertainment and killer fashion (giant Jenga was also a thing).
The ladies of The Social hosted this years Hats and Horseshoes (a party within a party) with Stella Artois and gave guests ample opportunity to dress their best in hats and fascinators fit for Kate Middleton. After strutting their way down the red carpet, attendees could sample food truck fare from Chimney Stax Baking Co, The Jerk Brothers and Taco Trio, to name a few, while enjoying lawn games and shopping. If you were feeling a little left out with no hat (gasp!), David Dunkley Fine Millinery was on-location to ensure all your Audrey Hepburn dreams could be brought to life.
