The Westworld star boldly broke red carpet conventions at not just one, but two award shows so far this season, in back-to-back Altzurra tuxes at the Golden Globes and SAG Awards. Her reason why is even important than her ‘best dressed list’ status.
“I wanted to make sure young girls and women know [dresses] aren’t a requirement,” Wood told Ryan Seacrest in an E! Interview, “You don’t have to wear one if you don’t want to, and to just be yourself because your worth is more than that.”
The outspoken feminist recently announced her engagement to Rebel and a Basketcase bandmate, Zach Villa. Does the bride-to-be plan on continuing her pantsuit legacy? We hope so.
