Behind the shoot: "The Shining"

Makeup artist Veronica Chu wanted to create a bold, graphic makeup look to match the vibrancy of the metallics used in the shoot. “I used Nars The Multiple in “Copacabana” for the [skin] highlight. I used M.A.C Fluidline in “Blacktrack” all over to get that extreme black eye,” she says. “Then I just patted M.A.C Eye Shadow in “Carbon” on top for depth.”
