Ah, mom. Is there anyone else in your life who deserves a full day of wonderful things? If your mother is a gardener, spend Mother’s Day weekend outside and, as an added bonus, have her teach you some of her green thumb-making skills. Of course, you’ll need flowers and plants to practice on, which is why we suggest taking a trip together to the Toronto Flower Market. Another way to get your hands dirty (in the best way possible) is to take your mother to at a clay class at the Gardiner Museum. For a more relaxing Mother’s Day weekend, go with a traditional option and treat mom to an afternoon at the spa.
