Everything You Need to Know About Tess Ward, Harry Styles’s Rumoured New Girlfriend
Stop everything, everyone: Harry Styles may be off the market.
The British heartthrob and former One Direction member is rumoured to be dating Tess Ward, a 27-year-old food blogger based in London, after the pair was spotted driving around in Styles’s Audi last weekend. But before you break out the tissues to wipe your tears, just remember Harry’s message to us all: “Just stop your crying, it’s a sign of the times.” (Sorry, we had to.)
According to The Sun, the 23-year-old singer was introduced to Ward through mutual friends and has since been secretly enjoying a “string of dates” with his new flame. Harry’s friends supposedly say this partnership is far more than a fling and could very well become a long-term relationship.
“As soon as Harry met Tess there was an instant spark between them,” a source told The Sun. “They really bonded over their mutual love of quirky fashion and food—and things turned romantic quickly. They’ve been on a number of dates while Harry has been in London and he’s already introduced Tess to some of his close friends including his personal stylist Lou Teasdale.” (Note: This may explain Ward recently wearing a Gucci button-down pictured above that Harry has worn many times before.)
The source continued, “This really seems different to Harry’s past relationships as Harry genuinely is besotted with Tess and doesn’t want to risk messing this one up.”
So who exactly is Tess Ward? Well, here’s what we know.
She’s a food blogger.
Her blog, The YES Chef, has everything from recipes to restaurant reviews and a few travel and lifestyle stories, too.
She’s a legit Cordon Bleu-trained chef.
In case you were wondering, Tess is a legit chef with the receipts recipes to prove it. She trained at Le Cordon Bleu and has worked in the kitchens of River Cottage and The Ritz and has developed recipes for Grazia and brands such as Le Creuset. Oh, and she was once dubbed “cooking’s new golden girl,” NBD.
She’s a cookbook author.
Tess isn’t just a food blogger—she’s also the author of The Naked Diet, a cookbook of recipes that “will give you tons of energy, get you excited about food and cleanse your body.”
She’s an art history major.
According to Ward’s LinkedIn, she received a Bachelor of Arts in the History of Arts at the University of Leeds.
She’s an avid yogi.

She’s a model.
She’s worked with former Made in Chelsea stars Millie Mackintosh and Rosie Fortescue as well as Simon Le Bon’s model daughter, Amber Le Bon, and is signed with Models 1.

In addition to attending a bunch of industry events, Tess has also hosted “VIP dinners” for high-profile clients including Alice Temperley and Mulberry.
