Though the biggest fashion party of the year is behind us, this week A-list stars proved that there are still plenty more mind-blowing outfits to be had. With back-to-back red carpet events happening across the globe, we had trouble picking just 10 best dressed looks from the week.
Saying goodbye to their ball gowns from Monday’s Met Gala, stars continued to keep things fun and flirty with lace, prints and glitter galore. One to usually don Dior, Marion Cotillard surprised us in an artsy multi-coloured Mary Katrantzou lace dress. Shailene Woodley also worked an embroidered look, pairing an embellished black and white blazer with matching Chuck Taylors on the red carpet. And Sarah Jessica Parker proved why she’s the queen of fashion, pairing a vibrant blue dress with a printed coat, complete with her signature Carrie Bradshaw accessory: the Fendi Baguette bag.
For the upcoming much-anticipated premiere of Maleficent, Angelina Jolie and Elle Fanning were dressed like night and day at last night’s private reception. Jolie channeled her dark side looking statuesque (as always) in a head-toe-black gown, while Fanning donned a strapless gown fit for a princess and a floral headpiece to top off her angelic look.
