So much happened in Australia this weekend! When we last saw them on Thursday, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince George had just arrived on the continent and the royal trio certainly had a busy Easter weekend. First up, the couple visited the Royal Easter Show in Sydney, where Kate Middleton joked about Prince William using some just-shorn alpaca fur as a toupee—and thus causing a thousand royal reporters around the globe to burst out laughing. The afternoon was spent on the beach, where’s Kate’s wardrobe choice for the day—a cream lace eyelet dress by Zimmermann and Stuart Weitzman wedge sandals—didn’t miss a beat. Though the royals did miss a chance to try surfing…

On Saturday, Kate shovelled some more dirt while planting a tree. (Quite the theme of this Australian tour!) Her official uniform for such engagements may as well be blue and white, à la Thursday’s DVF colour scheme— time around she was wearing a stunning blue and white poppy-print dress by LK Bennett. And the exact amount of time it took you to read that sentence is how quickly it sold out. Those Kate outfit lovers are fast!

To celebrate Easter Sunday, the Duke and Duchess attended a church service at at St. Andrew’s Cathedral and Kate wore a custom dove-grey Alexander McQueen coat with matching Jane Taylor hat. But the money shot we’ve all been waiting for occurred this morning, when Will and Kate took Prince George to the Taronga Zoo to meet a bilby! The exhibit was named for George when he was born, as royal babies get the best gifts. Kate wore her yellow eyelet lace dress, which we last saw during the royal tour of Southeast Asia and is by an independent designer… we’ll just keep on assuming that means Kate herself designed it. Finally, the weekend concluded with the Cambridges arriving in Canberra. Meaning: more outfits and engagements to come!
