Our All-Time Favourite Photos of Barack and Michelle Obama

President Obama used last night’s farewell address to remind the world, once again, that the POTUS and FLOTUS are made for each other (#couplegoals). In his final major speech to the American people, Obama paid an emotional tribute to the First Lady, which surpassed the hype of Ryan Gosling’s shout out to his wife at the Golden Globes.

“Michelle,” Obama said, as his eyes watered and the crowd stood to their feet, “for the past 25 years, you have not only been my wife and mother to my children; you have been my best friend.”

Over the past eight years, Michelle and Barack Obama have shared countless candid Insta-worthy moments. Fortunately, a White House photographer was never too far away. We’re hoping that the Obamas will continue to fill our feeds even after they leave the White House.

Here are our favourite Instagrams of the duo.
