This Genius Instagram Account Shows What the Same Lipstick Looks Like on Different Skin Tones
We all know that lipstick is totally skin tone dependant. What you see in the tube is not always what you get. And while brands are getting so much better with posting swatches on IG and Snapchat on a variety of skin tones (ColourPop does a particularly great job of this, btw), we still have a long way to go. Which is why we were so excited to discover @willitlookgoodonmetho, an account run by BFF actresses Piaget Ventus and Michelle Meredith.
The two started the account only six weeks ago but have since amassed tons of attention for being transparent about the fact that lipstick is not one-shade-fits-all, and also for their cute comments on each post (plus the name of the shade they’re wearing) about whether or not they’re into it.
