Head Toss

Be it long or medium- length, soft, loose, healthy hair, plump with body-full movement, was the dominant hairstyle on the runways. “It’s definitely well groomed and well looked-after—a rich girl’s hair. This girl is all about her hair, but she doesn’t want to be flashy about it,” says Sam McKnight, global haircare ambassador for P&G Beauty. Complementing the classic tailoring and sweater dressing shown by designers like Stella McCartney, Sonia Rykiel and Tuleh, hair was “beautiful” and “full,” says Yannick d’Ys, session stylist for Redken. The French-born hair master describes the relaxed, Botticelli-esque, free-falling locks he fashioned for Tuleh as “fresh” and “natural.” “You don’t need to be styled too perfectly; it will make you look like an old woman.”
