Stop everything: Rihanna is launching a makeup line called Fenty Beauty
Sometimes, the universe answers your calls, the stars align, and everything is beautiful and nothing hurts. This morning, Rihanna confirmed to Refinery29 that that she’d registered for a trademark, Fenty Beauty, last year and that a makeup line was in the works. Bless.
“That is definitely something I am going to have my hands on and would love to do,” she said. “It’s something that I’ve always wanted to do, but I’ve always had so much on my hands. But this time, I’m going to make sure it happens. I’m going to find some time between albums and fragrance to do that. I promise.” (Side note: This is the same woman who “promised” an album was coming in 2014 so maybe take this all with a grain of salt. Seriously, where is R8?)
On her list of dream products? “Lashes that could just put themselves on. Lipstick that doesn’t move, but doesn’t dry your lips out, that you don’t need a liner for. I mean, it sounds so unreal.”
