Yaaassssss! In what might be the biggest beauty news in like, ever, CoverGirl just announced their latest brand ambassador, 17-year-old aspiring makeup artist James Charles. Yup, that’s a teenage guy, fronting CoverGirl’s new campaigns.

The 17-year-old is an Instagram and YouTube star, racking up half a million combined followers. “All of our CoverGirls are role models and boundary-breakers, fearlessly expressing themselves, standing up for what they believe and redefining what it means to be beautiful,” the brand said in a statement. “James Charles is no exception.
